Original MINI TREE FARM pattern designed by Susan Marth of Suzn Quilts.
The Creekside Tree Farm quilt was color planned by Chris Prager.
Chris used prints from Renee's collections Wildberry Creek, Everlasting and Flower Box.
The gorgeous teal floral is the perfect choice for the columns between the tree rows.
